Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for UKG desktop applications, ensuring effective functionality for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to UKG systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and related technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices and usage of UKG applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced user experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support with UKG.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective user interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
