Director of Technical Product Content
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee technical product data management. This role owns the strategy, workflows, and data integrity of the company’s Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will standardize key product attributes like dimensions, UPCs, and regulatory details while gathering insights to enhance data collection for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PIM strategy, development, and enhancements.
- Manage product attributes, classifications, and data structures.
- Partner with IT, sales, merchandising, and operations to optimize integrations.
- Align product data with marketing needs.
- Supervise a team of PIM administrators and product data specialists.
- Set performance goals and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct audits and enforce best practices for data governance and validation.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Establish scalable processes for data collection and maintenance.

- Full-time leadership position, hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 7 years in product content management, data governance, or similar roles.
- Expertise in PIM platforms (EnterWorks, Salsify, Stibo, Akeneo).
- Strong knowledge of content management, taxonomy, and data syndication.
- Experience with data audits, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment.
