Program Manager

Exciting opportunity to lead highly complex, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives. This role involves managing program budgeting, objectives, planning, execution, operations, and reporting, as well as leading the design and delivery of strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage risk and governance processes including issue escalation, mitigation, and compliance.
• Develop and execute delivery strategies that adapt to changing business needs.
• Communicate key metrics, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support budgeting, planning, resource management, and operational processes.
• Oversee time tracking and governance compliance.
• Engage in security and audit-related support, issue resolution, and process improvement.
• Apply cloud knowledge to modern delivery models; certification preferred.

Details:

This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert. The position is hybrid in St. Louis, MO (3 days onsite per week). Candidates must excel in dynamic, enterprise settings.

Required Skills:

• 7 years in program management, Agile delivery, RTE, or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with significant change management.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Agile portfolio or business unit leadership experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorships).

Pay range: $60–$71.90/hour W2
