Project Coordinator

We are looking for a driven individual who wants to move into a Project Manager position in the future. You will work with Field Project Manager to ensure projects are effectively executed within budgeted cost, time schedules and ensure positive cash flow. In addition, position is key interface with the customer and responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book Jobs
- Sales to Ops Turnover
- Send Welcome Letter
- Plan Project with Field PM/ Lead
- Manage projects in Software tools
- Own Financial Management
- Assign tasks
- Follow up on tasks assigned to colleagues
- Ensure schedule constraints are being met
- First line of communication with customer
- Billings and A/R assist
- Attend customer meetings as needed
- Create Warranty Letter
- Ensure turnover to service is completed
