IT Support Analyst
Join a fast-paced team as an IT Support Analyst, providing hands-on and remote technical support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver 60% in-person and 40% remote support via phone, email, and chat.
- Participate in a rotating help desk schedule with dedicated phone support.
- Resolve Level I issues and escalate complex cases.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Update ticketing system and ensure issue resolution with end users.
- Collaborate with IT teams, ensuring security compliance.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base.
- Support multiple projects and assist with special tasks.
DETAILS:
- Six-month contract-to-hire role, supporting locations in RI and MA with occasional travel.
- Flexible hours required, with on-call duties and occasional weekends.
- Weekly overtime averages 3-5 hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1 year of IT support experience with relevant certifications or a degree (2 years otherwise).
- Expertise in Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with PC imaging, encryption validation, and spam filtering tools.
- Strong technical support, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using a personal mobile device for work calls and texts.
- Willing to travel out of state for initial training (expenses covered).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (excluding marijuana).
