Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our HR Data Analytics program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the migration and transformation of data sources, BI reporting, data governance having understanding of ETL, Data Engineering Concepts. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills to ensure the successful delivery of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the program, including the migration and transformation of data sources, BI reporting, and data governance.
- Understanding of Data Engineering concepts, ETL knowledge, BIG DATA etc
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, and business leaders, to define program goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program status, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Manage a team of data engineers and architect to deliver program objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance frameworks, including encryption and role-based access.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on data analytics and HR transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of data analytics technologies.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale data migration and transformation projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau and Web Focus.
- Knowledge of data governance and security frameworks.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
- Experience in the banking and financial services industry.
