Description
- Supports data loads conversion process for client's business units.
- Acts as a liaison between Model N vendor team and client s business teams to better understand different types of reports like customer override, identify sold-to, identify primary sold-to etc., that are generated in the process of data conversion.
- Responsible for maintaining the client landing pad servers and helps business to prepare and load the pricing updates after each data load.
- Analyzing the scheduled jobs to/from Model N and working with Middleware, other Global Application (GA) teams in case of any data issues whether the exports are not generated or any issues in the exported files etc.,
- Working with other GA teams for any pricing issues from Model N RTP and fix them based on the guidance received from the respective business team.
- Responsible for designing and implementing Revenue Management Model N solutions to support client s business needs.
