Responsibilities:
Nessus Vulnerability Scanning:
- Manage and support Nessus vulnerability scanning processes.
- Conduct regular scans to identify and assess vulnerabilities within the IT environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
Configuration Compliance Scanning:
- Oversee and enhance configuration compliance scanning activities.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and industry best practices.
- Implement and optimize automated configuration compliance checks.
AWS Infrastructure Development:
- Collaborate with the IT and security teams to design and build secure AWS instances.
- Implement and configure security controls and measures within AWS environments.
- Stay current with AWS security best practices and apply them to the infrastructure.
Deployment of New Technologies:
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to IT security and infrastructure.
- Lead the deployment of new technologies that enhance the organization's security posture.
