Job Description:
- Drive the implementation of HR programs, process, and talent management initiatives in North America
- Act as the primary business partner for key business units and leaders
- Provide clear and effective counsel to management on people-related issues including performance management, employee relations, and organizational design
- Provide knowledge and expertise across employment practices as it relates to hiring, terminations, benefits, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with the rest of the global Employee Success team to influence new ways of working, key projects, and improvements
- Partner with all Go To Market managers and leaders globally to develop and implement effective People policies and practices.
- Provide People expertise in compensation, feedback, performance management, employee relations, development and coaching, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Leaders to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Partner with Leadership on talent and people strategies; diagnose and enhance organizational effectiveness, engagement, and retention.
- Lead core People programs such as performance management, compensation cycle, promotions, talent reviews, and engagement programs for our global GTM organizations.
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (eg, compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions to client groups
Requirements:
- 8 years of overall experience; experience as an HR Business Partner in fast growth, global tech company is preferred; or 6 years in management consulting with at least 3 years in core HR
- Experience building strong teams and understanding the evolving role of the business partner
- Strong business partner background that has driven business results, performance management, leadership development and coaching, and talent management
- Ability to scale with both a strategic and hands-on aptitude
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Proven ability to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders and multitask or re-prioritize as needed in a high-velocity environment.
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) at all levels of the business, including senior leadership
