Description:
The Digital Automation (UIPath) Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of automation services using the UIPath platform. The role involves ensuring successful implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated business processes. The Service Delivery Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and automation developers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and SLA adherence.
Responsibilities -
Oversee end-to-end delivery of UIPath automation projects and operational support.
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Establish and manage governance frameworks for RPA service delivery.
Conduct regular service reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
Monitor and optimize UIPath Orchestrator, robots, and automation workflows.
Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
Ensure version control, change management, and compliance with security standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for onsite client interactions and escalations.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their automation needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process automation opportunities.
Required Skills -
8 years of IT service delivery management with 4 years in RPA/Automation using UIPath.
Strong knowledge of UIPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robots.
Proficiency in managing platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Good understanding of APIs, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience in managing large-scale automation projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Strong change management, governance, and process optimization capabilities.
Preferred Certifications in UIPath Advanced Developer and ITIL
