Key Accountabilities
- Strategic planning and execution of Talent Strategy to support the Enterprise Strategic Plan.
- Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports, including Human Resources and Culture & Inclusion teams.
- Implementing employee benefit offerings and talent acquisition and retention efforts.
- Monitoring key metrics related to DEIB and employee experience.
With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we are seeking a seasoned professional who can lead our HR function and drive business outcomes. If you have at least 7 years of related experience, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience, we encourage you to apply.
