Busy CPA firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide office support. Flexible hours!

WHO Y O U S HO U LD B E
A Confident and well-spoken individual who is personable and friendly, who can work
independently and in a team environment. An individual who is technologically savvy and
process oriented. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable and can manage
deadlines. Someone with an eye for attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and
has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

WHA T Y O U WI LL B E DO I N G
  • Preparing client engagement letters and attaining client signatures
  • Using our secure client portal to send and receive client information
  • Maintaining our filing systems both electronic and physical
  • Assisting with processing & collating tax returns
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Sorting mail, scanning, copying, faxing, typing, etc.

OT HE R T O O LS /S K I LLS Y O U ’LL N EE D
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to develop a working knowledge of other computer software packages and
  • platforms
  • The ability to scan, file, and collate documents
  • Experience working in an Accounting or Tax office highly desirable
