WILL DO Specialty Ceilings, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Acoustic Treatment, Flooring, Painting and Coatings, Wall Finishes, Tile.
KNOWLEDGE OF ESTIMATING BIDDING SOFTWARE.
Qualifications :
- 3 years' experience in construction estimating, for a General Contractor or in Carpentry
- PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY...Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Applied Science, Civil Engineering or related field
- Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Experience with Estimator Software
- Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Impeccable problem-solving skills
