RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Runs the day-to-day business operations of our global organization.

Owns the P&L and global oversight of the roll-up from India and the Philippines.

Driving accountability within multiple divisions

Manages EOS Framework

Executing on Strategic Planning and ensuring organizational goals are being met by teams

Implements company vision throughout the organization.

Manages Organizations KPIs for growth

Leads the management team through clear, concise communication and structured collaboration.

Fosters team leadership across the organization.

Organization Financial Planning and Management

Leads and manages the finance team.

Defines, streamlines, and governs operational processes and procedures.

Monitors and manages legal matters needing attention.

This is an onsite, in-person role based in Freehold, NJ with required domestic and global travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required :

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and supporting one or more of the following segments : IT Infrastructure Management

NOC, SOC, Help desk, offshore IT dedicated staff)-must have worked in the IT industry and entrepreneurial company ($20m-$100m managed)

5 years Global Operations experience at the senior management or higher level (ITBD operations are in the US, Philippines and India)

5 years of P&L management experience, with proven scalability with profitability (managing business financial)

Strong Finance acumen with a passion for Operations

Proven longevity within an organization at 3 years at Senior management role with demonstrated scalability in net growth

5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional leaders

Bachelor’s degree plus continued executive certifications

Preferred :

Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree

LEAN Certification or equivalent experience.

Desired :

Familiarity or experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).

Entrepreneurial experience or mindset.

SALARY : $175K - $240K plus bonus up to 20%
