RESPONSIBILITIES
At Lifetime Co., we're looking for a strategic leader who can not only draw up winning plays but also execute them with precision, using our all-star team to secure major victories. You'll be the driving force behind our growth, expertly navigating the complexities of sales, expansion, and daily operations, all while maintaining a non-stop focus on results and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
1. Help the Founder / CEO / Visionary to Grow and Integrate
Collaborate closely with the Founder / CEO / Visionary and Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring they cascade effectively throughout the organizationNavigate the dual role of the Leadership Team, functioning both as a board that holds you accountable and as individuals whom you will hold accountable in their respective rolesBring diverse perspectives and solutions to the table, helping the Leadership Team prioritize and align on competing initiativesLead EOS L10 meetings and other strategic planning sessions to maintain focus, accountability, and momentumOversee the financial health of the organization, including P&L management, ensuring fiscal discipline and growthIntegrate new business opportunities to drive overall company growth and long-term success2. Understand and Champion Company Culture
Take an active role in your own onboarding to deeply understand the organization, culture, and peopleUse this understanding to push the company to stay ahead of the curve, identifying and implementing leading-edge practices and technologiesUphold and communicate vision across the company, ensuring the right people are in the right seats and swiftly addressing misalignmentDrive cross-selling and cross-collaborative opportunities across our three business divisions, ensuring that each operates cohesively within the broader company structure3. Recruit and Develop a High-Performing Team
Hire and develop top talent that aligns with the company's culture and visionRecruit high-quality financial advisors to drive significant profitabilityEnforce consequences for failure to meet expectations, ensuring that the team consistently performs at the highest level4. Oversee and Optimize Operations
Oversee home office operations, focusing on big-picture strategy unless finer details require escalationWork with the leadership team to tackle key strategic opportunities, such as enhancing client service delivery and improving onboarding processesEnsure consistent processes and quality across all three business divisionsCentralize shared services to improve operational efficiency and foster cross-functional collaborationImplement AI and automation tools to streamline operations and allow the team to focus on high-value tasks5. Add Substantial Profit to the Bottom Line
Develop and execute aggressive, yet realistic, sales forecasts and strategic roadmaps that drive substantial profitabilityAlign and optimize processes across the company to maximize value from existing clients and seize new business opportunitiesContinuously push the company to adopt best-in-class practices, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge and sustain long-term growthThis is a full-time, onsite role based out of Rockwall, TXQUALIFICATIONS
Required
5-7 years of executive operations experience, including leading teams of 25 and turning identified revenue opportunities into successful, scalable processesProven experience reporting to and collaborating with a board of directors or leadership teamHistory of driving and growing sales (directly, or through a sales team) within the companyAccountability for P&L managementExperience in hiring and firingPreferred
Proven success running firms with $10M in annual salesStrong track record in executive sellingExperience managing financial relationships, including identifying complementary firms for partnerships or acquisitionsMergers & Acquisitions (M&A) expertiseProficiency in sales projectionsBackground in financial services with a sharp eye for regulatory and compliance detailsDesired
