Role Description
The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring exceptional service and care for our clients. This position is responsible for conducting new client intakes, performing regular assessments for current clients, and supporting the care team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care delivery. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and a strong communicator with a passion for helping others.
