What You'll Do:
- Execute aggressive growth strategies to drive referrals and expand our footprint in private duty home care and telehealth across Lee and Collier Counties.
- Build and nurture partnerships with physician practices, home health agencies, hospitals, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, close high-impact deals, and consistently smash targets.
- Represent Visiting Angels and Avery Telehealth with confidence and professionalism at industry events and community engagements.
- Educate referral sources on our private pay models and innovative telehealth solutions using persuasive, real-world insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- A networked professional with a strong book of business and the ability to generate referrals from day one.
- A proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing—ideally in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
- A confident communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close.
- A self-starter with the strategic mindset to build a territory and the hustle to get it done.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales performance tools. HubSpot experience is a huge plus.
