Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and assistance to clients , ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients by following proper hygiene and safety protocols.
- Uphold clients rights by treating each individual with dignity and respect.
- Document care provided and any significant observations in accordance with our company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in home care, senior care facilities, or retirement homes is preferred.
- Knowledge of resident rights is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality care to seniors is crucial for success in this role.
