Per Diem Project Manager
VNACJ CHC executive team is looking for a Per Diem Project Manager. The Per Diem Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and administrative management of specific projects as part of the organization’s strategic plan. This role reports to the Controller & Director of Nonclinical Services.
Responsibilities
- Applies evidence-based project management principles and techniques to effectively manage and progress multiple high-priority projects simultaneously (i.e., Critical Path Method, Waterfall, Scrum, Gantt charts, etc.)
- Leads effective and efficient meetings with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring results of said meetings are clearly documented and impacts reflected in the overall project plan / timeline.
- Ensures that project completion is in line with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
- Monitors budgetary status and compliance.
- Requests clarification and additional information when needed.
- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job, with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues up, down, and across the organization.
- Receives direction from the Controller | Director of Nonclinical Services and executive team regarding projects in need of execution and oversight.
- Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position.
