Responsibilities

How You’ll Make a Difference: 

  •  Participate in a two week clinical orientation 
  •  Assess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients 
  •  Provide education and care strategies for patients and families 
  •  Collaborate with VNA clinicians and external providers 
  •  Document changes and update care plans

Qualifications

  • RN with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1  year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Car and valid driver’s license

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; Job characteristics: Client and Customer contact
