Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and mobility needs.
• Prepare basic meals and assist with nutrition.
• Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Perform errands as required to ensure client needs are met.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients during their time of need.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to read, write, and execute simple mathematical tasks.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of caregiving, including the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Outstanding empathy and compassion for the elderly population.
• Willingness to commit to working every other weekend and holidays, as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle are required.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings is mandatory.
• Candidates must be physically and mentally prepared for the responsibilities of caregiving.
• A functional cell phone with voicemail capability is necessary.
