Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and foster meaningful patient interactions.
- Monitor and document vital signs and conduct thorough physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records of patients’ ongoing health conditions.
- Participate in advanced care procedures, including G-tubes, trach, and ventilator management, as applicable.
- Strong skills in compassionate patient care and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs and conducting physical assessments.
- Capability to administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
- Excellent documentation skills for tracking patient progress and conditions.
- Familiarity with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is preferred.
- A valid nursing license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- Pediatric experience is advantageous, but not a mandatory prerequisite.
