Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized patient care and engage constructively with clients
- Conduct vital signs monitoring and perform comprehensive physical assessments
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments adhering to physician guidelines
- Accurately document patient conditions and ongoing health status
- Provide specialized care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as necessary
- Proficiency in compassionate patient care and effective communication
- Capability to perform vital signs assessments and document findings
- Familiarity with medication administration and treatment protocols
- Understanding of specialized care for complex health needs (training provided)
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Pediatric experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
