- Deliver one-on-one patient care and foster meaningful interactions
- Monitor vital signs and conduct thorough physical assessments
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Maintain detailed documentation of each patient's ongoing health status
- Potentially provide specialized care involving G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilators
- Demonstrated compassion and empathy in patient interactions
- Proficient in medication administration and treatment protocols
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities
- Ability to perform vital assessments
- Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilatory support is advantageous
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory
