- Collaborate with a sister program, CDS, while adhering to conflict of interest regulations.
- Attend required training sessions, including classroom instruction and on-the-job training, to ensure compliance with state mandates.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and performing basic mathematical tasks.
- Possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Registration with Family Care Regulation and not listed on the Employee Disqualification List (EDL).
- Submission of a completed application with at least two professional references.
