Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized patient care in the comfort of their homes.
- Conduct comprehensive health evaluations and monitor vital signs.
- Organize weekly medication setups and provide diabetic and anticoagulant nail care.
- Oversee and guide staff executing advanced tasks within the home setting.
- Assist with Private Duty nursing as necessary.
- Proficient nursing experience with an emphasis on home health or hospice care.
- Strong abilities in patient assessment and health monitoring.
- Knowledge in medication management practices.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- At least one year of nursing experience required; prior experience in hospice or home health is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Missouri nursing license.
- Reliable transportation and evidence of automobile insurance are essential.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check is mandatory.
- Must not be listed on the Employee Disqualification List (EDL).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
