Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one care to clients with specialized healthcare needs.
- Conduct vital signs monitoring and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician directives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the patient’s ongoing health condition.
- Provide specialized care, including G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care if applicable.
- Strong capability to engage with patients on an individual basis.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs checks and physical evaluations.
- Experience in medication administration and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Knowledge of specialized care requirements (G-tubes, trach, and vent care) is advantageous.
- A valid license as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse is required.
- Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not essential.
