- Conduct vital signs assessments and physical evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the patient's ongoing health status.
- Offer specialized care, including G-tubes, trach, and ventilator support as needed.
- Strong interpersonal abilities for effective one-on-one patient engagement.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs and comprehensive physical assessments.
