- Deliver individualized care and establish meaningful interactions with patients.
- Monitor vital signs and perform thorough physical assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a physician.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the patient’s ongoing health status.
- Provide specialized care for patients with G-tubes, trach, or ventilators, as applicable.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proficiency in one-on-one patient care and interaction.
- Ability to accurately take vital signs and conduct physical assessments.
- Knowledge and experience in medication administration and treatment documentation.
- Familiarity with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A current LPN or RN license is required.
