Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized care and engage with patients directly.
- Monitor vital signs and conduct comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician directives.
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding the patient’s health status.
- Provide care related to G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as required.
- Compassionate and patient-focused care approach.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs and physical assessments.
- Ability to administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
- Strong documentation abilities regarding ongoing patient conditions.
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not essential.
