Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one patient care and foster meaningful interactions.
- Conduct vital sign checks and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the patient's ongoing condition.
- Provide care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as required.
- Commitment to compassionate patient care.
- Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and performing physical assessments.
- Ability to administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Experience with G-tubes, trach care, and ventilators is advantageous (training will be provided).
- Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
