Job Overview

- Conduct vital sign assessments and comprehensive physical evaluations.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.

- Provide specialized care for G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators when necessary.
- Compassionate patient care with a strong emphasis on empathy.
- Excellent communication skills to foster patient relationships.
- Ability to perform vital signs and physical assessments competently.
- Experience in medication administration and detailed treatment documentation.
- Knowledge of G-tubes, trach, and vent care is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must hold a valid License as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
