Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ medical conditions and treatment responses.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on effective care practices and medication management.
- Administer intravenous and injectable medications as well as perform prescribed treatments.
- Provide comprehensive wound management and ostomy care.
- Facilitate communication of any changes in patients’ health status to their physicians.
- Strong clinical assessment abilities.
- Proficiency in teaching patients and caregivers about care protocols.
- Expertise in administering IV and injectable medications.
- Experience with wound care and ostomy management strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and patients.
- Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Missouri.
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a healthcare institution as an R.N. is required.
