We are offering a $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Maintenance Specialist II.

Maintenance Specialist II performs renovations, repairs and maintenance of all facets for buildings, to include grounds maintenance, new construction, renovations, preventative maintenance and inspections, provide emergency response including (on call) to provide a continuous safe environment, efficient and effective operation of the buildings and home throughout the campus.
Qualifications
Maintenance Specialist II qualifications include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Formal education in building maintenance or trades.
- 3-5 Years related experience or equivalent experience and education.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
