Your Responsibilities:
- Manage intake paperwork and verify patient information
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team
- Handle insurance verifications and authorizations
- Assist with appeals and prior authorizations
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in home healthcare as an Intake Specialist
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Top-notch communication skills to collaborate with patients, caregivers, and our team
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
