As an Intake Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing new referrals, ensuring accurate patient information, and coordinating communication between patients, caregivers, and our clinical team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping others, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
- Manage intake paperwork & verify patient information
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team
- Handle insurance verifications & authorizations
- Assist with appeals & prior authorizations
- Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements
Local Candidates Only – You must live in Massachusetts or Rhode Island and be able to commute to our Mansfield office.
- Experienced in Healthcare Intake Specialist – Minimum 2 years of experience in a home healthcare setting.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Customer Service Pro – Strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent support.
- Top-Notch Communicator – Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with patients, caregivers, and our team.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Detail-Oriented & Efficient – Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player & Independent Worker – Thrive both independently and collaboratively while providing compassionate service to patients, caregivers, and families.
