Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery calls and deliver compelling product demos.
- Design and present tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s capabilities.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) engagements and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with AEs to map technical requirements to customer use cases.
- Assist with implementation, integrations, and post-sales technical support as needed.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related fields.
- Expertise in AWS or similar cloud platforms and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and integrations.
- Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
