Introduction
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Systems Analyst position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Hybrid in Orlando, FL for a duration of 5 months with a potential for contract extension.

Systems Analyst Summary:
As a Systems Analyst - R&A in QUEST, your primary responsibility is to leverage data and systems to drive safety culture and efficiency within customer organizations. This includes defining and developing data tools to define, surface, visualize, and dynamically alert customers in near real time. You will also use ETL tools to integrate disparate data sources, generate business intelligence, and ensure performance of data solutions.
Systems Analyst Responsibilities:
- Use the following applications and environments to deliver customer success: ServiceNow, SmartSheet, SharePoint, Maximo, MicroStrategy, OpSheet, Tableau, Grafana, and Splunk
- Ensure reporting continuity, performance optimization, and continual work towards standardization / modularization of reporting.
- Develop new and novel solutions to surface data and build intelligence across customer organizations
- Identify integration points in data and work towards harmonizing data
- Identify and build dynamic alerting for key business events
- Verify reports and audit trends to alert stakeholders and leadership of exceptions, decreased performance or other abnormalities.
- Assist users by troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting solutions
- Maintaining ServiceNow and Confluence data on reporting solutions
- Working a variety of shifts to support deployment schedules and users
- Proactively engage with users to ensure data is relevant to current business needs
- Provide ownership of data solutions and work with various partners to continuously develop solutions.
Systems Analyst Required:
- Detail & Customer service oriented with solid communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience and solid understanding of Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL databases
- Proven experience with ETL via Python
- Demonstrated partnering skills with local and distributed work teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with facilitating/speaking with small to large groups in meeting and training environments
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
- Ability to analyze business solutions to recommend efficient technical needs
- Proven extensive experience with MicroStrategy, PowerBi, or Tableau
- Proven experience with Sharepoint / Azure Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading Projects based on data or BI
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and rapid development tools
- Experience with IoT and Streaming Data solutions
- Experience working with Data Lakes / Hadoop / NiFi
- Understanding of AI/ML integration and deployment (specifically NLP)
- Experience with JavaScript
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work exp

- Tableau or other BI certifications
- ITIL Foundation certifications
- Project management certifications
- Data Lake certifications
