We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to high-level executives, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing complex business initiatives.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments and maintain the Director's calendar, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as preparing itineraries and making reservations.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, handling confidential documents and communication with discretion.
- Business Initiative Management: Manage complex business initiatives, including researching and analyzing data, developing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Strong Experience: 7 years of experience working with high-level executives, preferably in a similar support role.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
