About the Job
- As a Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for managing commercial and multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- You will create, review, and analyze real estate development plans, design, construction blueprints, specifications, reports, and trade bid scopes.
- You will prepare and manage essential construction documents, including budgets, estimates, proposals, contracts, submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, schedules, buyouts, and change orders.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, inspectors, municipalities, financial institutions, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
