We are seeking a seasoned Senior Building Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and analyze real estate development plans, design, construction blueprints, specifications, reports, and trade bid scopes.
- Prepare and manage essential construction documents, including budgets, estimates, proposals, contracts, submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, schedules, buyouts, and change orders.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in multifamily/commercial construction project management.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
