Job Profile
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining the expected standards amongst all Customer Service Representatives. The CSR’s are first point of contact for clientele arriving at our facility and are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring that the Jet Edge brand is upheld as the leader in private aviation. The CSR will work closely with customers, vendors, and other Jet Edge team members to provide seamless execution and coordination of servicing of arriving/departing aircraft, crew members, passengers, and guests.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure a professional, personalized customer service experience to private aviation clientele.
- Provide initial and recurrent training for new and existing Customer Service Representatives to ensure a consistent high level of service.
- Ensure that all duties & responsibilities are being completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain schedule of the team to ensure complete coverage
- Assist with timely completion of all Line Service work orders and meeting month end financial closing deadlines
- Assist in creation/improvement of Standard Operating Procedures
- Work closely with Line Service, In-Flight, and Owner Services personnel to ensure that all customer service needs are met, and schedules are maintained.
- Coordinating aircraft services, such as lavatory and water service, aircraft cleaning services, marshalling arrivals, and staging of departures.
- Work with Line Service Supervisor to ensure that aircraft cleanings are scheduled effectively and completed in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicating via ground-to-ground radio to ensure timely coordination with Line Service Technicians.
- Assist with accurate and timely billing of line services.
- Coordinate with ground transportation services, catering and other vendors for arriving/departing aircraft.
- Main Entrance employee and guest proper check-in with security badge
- Greeting guests and communicating their arrival
- Maintaining cleanliness of front office common areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and restocking of customer lounge and employee kitchen
Assist other departments as needed
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Previous Customer Service Representative experience (preferably in aviation)
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess a valid state Driver's License
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous aviation experience a plus
This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
