- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain and repair embroidery equipment, including multihead and stretch machines. Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and IT-related issues.
- Collaboration with IT & Manufacturers: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT and machine manufacturers, escalating technical issues as needed.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance to ensure all machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Training & Mentoring: Teach industry best practices to embroidery operators, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality production.
- Best Practices: Work with leadership to enforce industry best practices, focusing on improving efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and machine performance.
- Travel for Training: Willingness to travel to Italy for training on advanced embroidery machinery and best practices.
