Job description
Vista Grande Villa is seeking passionate, dependable, individuals to join our Health Center Team and to maintain administrative operations efficiently. Individuals will perform a range of duties including maintaining medical files and serving as receptionist. The successful candidate will be a well-organized and competent individual with proven secretarial experience in a medical unit.
Essential Job Duties:
Welcomes patients, families, and visitors, with compassion that serves our mission.
Maintains appointment calendar, schedules, and medical charts.
Communicate with residents, families, medical staff, and caregivers to guarantee smooth operations.
Must be able to manage a busy telephone system and two-way radio system.
Must be committed to providing excellent customer service and to Vista Grande Villa’s Standard of Performance.
Sorts and distributes all incoming business mail; makes change and copies as needed for residents and employees. Forwards mail as requested to family members, trust officers, vacationers, etc.
Maintains reservation lists for the guest room; sends confirmation notices to housekeeping department for preparedness.
Maintains appropriate stock of office supplies, orders replacement supplies as needed within budget allowances.
Performs other miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
1-3 years receptionist experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
