What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Assistant Manager position at VISTA MARIA?
• Participates in the planning, development and implementation of operational processes to assure efficient and effective outcomes consistent with technological standards.
• Directs and monitors the daily technology operations.
• Analyzes trends in company’s programs and services that could impact utilization of IT resources.
• Provides daily technology support to users.
• Sets up new PCs and stage existing machines with new configurations.
• Sets up training programs on network-based software applications.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Stays informed of current practice developments within the profession and uses educational and training opportunities to ensure continual professional competence.
• COA monitoring and compliance responsibility.
• Participate in the planning and development and implementation of operational process, to ensure efficient and effect outcomes consistent with clinical standards.
• Assures that the companies standards and operations comply with all pertinent, local, state and federal regulations and the company’s accreditation bodies and ensures general staff knowledge of said policies and procedures.
• Directs and/or participates in other company projects and assumes additional responsibilities within position as requested by Information Systems Manager or Executive Director.
