Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Data Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive insights that will shape the strategic direction of our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that address unique business challenges and support key product initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, with proven experience in interpreting data, designing metrics, and ability to manage large projects independently, driving them from concept to completion. You resposibilites will include:

• Design and develop compelling data visualizations and dashboards that effectively monitor, measure, and communicate the impact of product initiatives and business challenges.
• Work with Product Management, Data Engineering, Client Services, Flight Operations, Finance, and other teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Investigate complex data questions and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in collaboration with data engineering and business teams.
• Focus on developing and maintaining operational, financial, and customer analytics metrics.
• You will also be responsible for taking analytic findings and working with stakeholders to implement the methods used within the analysis to drive analytic insight around the findings.
• Lead the design, development, testing and release efforts for new dashboards and enhancements to existing dashboards.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing databases. Capable of developing production-level code for organizational implementation.
• Experience with ETL processes and data modelling, particularly with unstructured data across various business functions.
• Strong expertise in Tableau for creating impactful data visualizations and report automation, with a strong emphasis on storytelling through data.
• Customer analytics experience is a plus.
• Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI) or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  
  

This position is paying between $80,000 - $110,000, depending on the amount of experience.
