A Brief Overview
The Digital Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality product images for various e-commerce platforms, marketing materials, and special projects. This role involves everything from photographing products in multiple angles to editing, organizing, and uploading images to cloud storage. In addition, the photographer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content and Re-Pack, to create step-by-step visuals for specific projects.

Position Responsibilities:

• Product Photography: Capture high-quality images of products from multiple angles (front, back, sides, close-ups of key details, mini-lifestyle shots, etc.).
• Image Editing: Perform post-production edits such as color correction, removal of minor flaws (dust, marks), image cropping, background removal, and clipping paths.
• Image Resizing: Resize images as required to meet the specifications of various partner websites and digital platforms.
• File Organization: Maintain a well-organized system for photo storage, ensuring images are correctly named with SKUs and descriptions for easy access.
• Cloud Upload: Upload finalized images to Dropbox for easy sharing with internal teams and partners.
• Special Projects Photography: Photograph and create step-by-step guides for snack boxes for the Re-Pack team in BT and perishable boxes in Indy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Content team to ensure timely delivery of images, align on project priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Flyer Design: Design basic marketing flyers for partners when required, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Seasonal Projects: Capture photos for special seasonal projects, including campaigns like Mondelez Oreo iD Cookies.

Qualification:

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in product photography and photo editing (e-commerce, marketing, or similar industries).

• Proficiency in photography equipment, lighting setups, and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of a product in visually appealing ways.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing and maintaining large image libraries.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across teams.
