What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director Solution Delivery position at Vistex BKV?
Vistex is currently seeking a highly motivated and technically experienced Senior Director of Solution Delivery to oversee the implementations of Vistex hosted solutions and lead future development of the department. The Senior Director of Solution Delivery is responsible for providing a common approach for cloud projects and look to improving overall project efficiency by introducing and managing projects through standardized processes. The Senior Director of Solution Delivery will manage project management and consulting resources, be responsible overall for project implementations and successful delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growth of the team and expansion of the client base
- Responsible for performing delivery pre-sales and providing estimates for projects.
- Lead the Solution Architects team responsible for coming up with best practices and template-based approach for different industry verticals.
- Lead the project management teams responsible for ensuring delivery of efficient solutions with minimal customizations and on time.
- Implement best practices and empowering tools for project management to assist in future development of the Team, make continual improvements to reduce timelines and maximize communications between cross functional teams under tight deadlines
- Analyze challenges, problems, and process breakdowns to ensure that lessons are learned, and improvements are, well documented, communicated to leadership and implemented so future implementation benefit from lessons learned, refining best practices
- Perform risk management, for ongoing approach to implementations
