Job Summary
The Operations and Performance Improvement (OPI) Analyst at VST plays a crucial role in driving operational improvements across the floor and is responsible for managing OPI initiatives to ensure they are properly identified, planned, sized, and prioritized. It also supports the desks and trading analysts in development of initiatives, primarily through Project Management, coordination, and supporting analyses when needed.

- Assist in identifying, sizing, and prioritizing operational performance initiatives to enhance trading desk efficiency
- Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
