Join our team of Apple experts at Visual Dynamics as an Apple Sales and Product Advocate. The position is at our Apple Premier Partner location in Viera/Melbourne, Florida.
Your job is to excite and enlighten customers about Apple products and help them find the perfect gear for their needs. You'll be meeting, greeting, discussing, qualifying, setting up and configuring their gear and completing the transaction from start to finish. You'll also be educating customers about the Apple ecosystem including Macs, iPads and technologies like iCloud, and many other amazing Apple products and solutions. Many customers need technical assistance and repairs so you'll also be performing diagnostics, light tech support and checking customers in and out of service. The job varies daily - if you can multi-task and wear many hats, this job is for you! Pay is hourly and you must meet the following requirements: Retail Experience is a MUST, Good Apple product knowledge, great researcher.
